Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Creator Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building and nurturing communities, skilled in sourcing and onboarding freelancers, and adept at fostering engagement and collaboration within the Playe platform. This role is based in London, and one that will come with a lot of growth opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with freelance platforms and understanding of the gig economy landscape.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for building inclusive and thriving communities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proven experience in community management, freelancer recruitment, or related roles is a bonus.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Identify and recruit talented freelancers across diverse skill sets and industries.
  • Conduct thorough vetting processes to ensure the quality and reliability of freelancers joining the platform.
  • Guide new freelancers through the onboarding process, providing necessary support and resources to facilitate a seamless transition onto the Playe platform.
  • Plan and execute engaging events, workshops, and networking opportunities to encourage interaction and collaboration among freelancers.
  • Monitor community forums, discussions, and feedback channels to address concerns, answer questions, and facilitate productive dialogue.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with freelancers, understanding their needs, challenges, and aspirations.
  • Act as a liaison between freelancers and internal teams, advocating for freelancer interests and ensuring their voices are heard within the organization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop content and initiatives that resonate with the freelancer community.
  • Analyze key metrics related to freelancer acquisition, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall freelancer experience on the Playe platform.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in community management to continuously innovate and optimize our approach.
