We can confidently say that our community can cover all project types and spans all corners of the world.
PLAYE has implemented a rigorous vetting process, ensuring all creators meet high standards of experience and skill before granted access to our community.
All creators are legally compliant in accordance with local labour laws.
Freelancers hired through Employ are an extension of your team, you're able to engage directly with the freelancer through the PLAYE platform, directly via email or WhatsApp - these communications are integrated and sync into the platform for an audit trail, or using your own communication tools, such as Slack, Teams, Zoom, Meet, Loom etc.
Brands will pay PLAYE for the services, and PLAYE then handles all payments to freelancers, paid the month following job completion or instant payment for a small fee, ensuring that freelancers are paid promptly and correctly every time.
