Every freelancer goes through a rigorous vetting process covering experience, skill quality, and professional standards. All freelancers are also verified as legally compliant in accordance with local labour laws.
You can engage directly through the PLAYE platform, or via email and WhatsApp. All communications sync into the platform automatically, giving you a complete audit trail for every project.
You pay PLAYE, and we handle all freelancer payments — including currency conversion, tax, and fees. Freelancers are paid the month following job completion, or instantly for a small fee.
